I was able to complete my Associates degree and graduate in November. It was a long hard fight but I was able to sucessfully complete the degree. While finishing the degree, I still had time to create an ocean simulation. I may upload the file but only time will tell.
Directly following the official end of classes I jumped into my second degree. I have been learning programming in a much broader aspect starting with C++. After taking my first programming class and understanding the basics of the language and some of the powerful features it possesses, I really wish that I knew it before I tried to master MEL. I am throughally enjoying the courses and currently taking Calculas with a Quiz tomorrow morning.
With the release of World of Warcraft I must once again tip my hat in respect to the individuals working on the project. The game while impressive and done exceptionally well was not what caught my eye from Blizzard's release. It was their stunning and beautiful opening cinematic. As I watched it with the passion of a child recieving their first bike, I was enthralled with their attention to detail.
The opening shot had a dwarven hunter with a gun and his companion wolf. This shot specifically made me want to cry as that is something close and dear to my heart. The team's dynamic simulation of the snow, fur and all aspects of the shot were beautifully done. Most of us have come to expect this from them but I understand how difficult the shot was to create. I would like to thank the team for their wonderful work and dedication to the shot. I respect your talent and thank you for allowing me the chance to have seen such beautiful and realistic characters and simulations.
As some of you can tell, my passion for dynamics and cg work is at an all-time high. I will keep everyone posted with some of the new work I create and will try to keep everyone updated better this year. Here is to the holiday season, cheers!

Anyways, wanted to thank you yet again for commenting. That photo of Shore Acres is one of my favourites, even though it makes me miss Oregon a great deal. Sacramento sucks.

By the way, your Mars picture is amazing. Keep it up, and welcome to DA!
